General Catering Questions
1. How do I book or place an order?
You can get started in one of the following ways:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
2. What types of catering do you offer?
We provide a variety of services tailored to your event needs, including:
Drop-Off & Pick-Up Catering
Buffet Packages
Corporate Catering (boxed lunches, breakfast trays, buffet)
Social Events & Happy Hours (small bites, passed apps, grazing)
Personal Chef Experiences & Plated Service

3. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 3–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends or large events.
Short-notice corporate or boxed meal orders may be accepted based on availability.
4. Do you offer tastings?
Yes, tastings are available for select packages or events with 50 or more guests.
A tasting fee applies and may be credited toward your event upon booking.

5. Do you offer boxed lunches for offices or schools?
Yes. Each box includes one entrée, one side (such as salad, chips, or pasta), and optional dessert or bottled water.
6. What is the minimum for boxed lunch orders?
A minimum of 10 boxes is required. Orders with less than 24-hour notice may require approval or an additional fee.
7. Can I mix and match boxed meal options?
Yes. You may select multiple entrée options with advance notice.
8. Do you deliver to offices and schools?
Yes. We deliver to Chicago and surrounding Chicagoland suburbs, as well as parts of Indiana and Wisconsin.
We do not offer standard delivery to Michigan, but full-service events in Michigan are available with advance notice.
Payments, Deposits & Policies
9. What is your deposit and refund policy?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event
Final balance is due 14 days before the event
Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable ( See Terms and Conditions )
No refunds or exchanges are given once food has been prepared, delivered, or picked up

10. Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. We offer vegetarian, gluten-sensitive, no-pork, and other special options. Please let us know your needs during booking.
11. What areas do you serve?
We serve:
Chicago and surrounding Chicagoland suburbs
Parts of Indiana and Wisconsin (delivery and events)
Select events in Michigan (full-service or staffed events only)
Travel fees may apply depending on location and setup requirements.
12. Do you offer event staffing?
Yes. Buffet staff or full-service staff is available for an additional fee. Please let us know during your consultation if you’d like this option.
13. Can I customize a menu package?
Yes. We specialize in building custom menus that match your preferences, guest count, and event style.
14. Can I order à la carte instead of a package?
Yes. You may order individual trays, small bites, or boxed meals without choosing a full package. Minimums may apply.
15. Do you offer discounts or free catering for nonprofits or churches?
We offer a 10% discount to registered nonprofits, churches, and faith-based organizations.
Beginning in 2026, we will launch a donation program providing two nonprofit organizations each year with a fully donated catering experience as part of our community impact initiative.
